Why We Love This Deal

The entrance door to the biggest ecological reservation on the planet

Manaus is in Brazil and is the capital of the Brazilian state of Amazonas. … Along with the Rio Negro and the famous Amazon River, Manaus is clearly a great starting point for all things to do with the Amazon rainforest. You should visit the place where the two rivers converge – known as the “Meeting of Waters”.

US citizens require a visa to Brazil.

Tour Details

The Amazon Jungle in Manaus, Brazil is really one of the best bucket-list destinations in the world. South America’s Amazon ecosystem is often described as ‘larger than life’ and indeed it comprises the most expansive rainforest in the world, home to the second-longest river on earth. Combined, they spawn an incredible amount of life, with the sheer abundance of flora and fauna making it an essential breeding and feeding ground. Also, visit the Manaus Opera House (Teatro Amazonas). Marble from Italy, ironwork from Glasgow, and 198 chandeliers of Murano glass make the theatre a must-see.
